 Wax is commonly used as pattern material for the production of metallic components by the investment casting process. We produce such wax-pattern in lot sizes of 10 to 1000 pieces. The pattern are made on an industrial wax injection machine. Filled wax is used to reduce the shrinkage of the pattern.
Wax pattern for a injection moulding tool (rapid tooling) 140 x 80 x 30 mm³. Rip-structure component with low wall thickness used for Aluminium casting. 360 x 120 x 80 mm³. The wall thickness is down to 2.5 mm.
