The small series production of polymeric components is one of our major activities. These components are made from reactive resin materials like epoxy, silicone, polyurethane. Usually such components are produced in lot sizes from 10 to 1000 pieces per year.

A paint finish can be applied to meet the customer requirements. The mould filling with the polymeric resins is carried out in closed dies. This allows the production of components with similar quality to the one known from the injection moulding process. Components with very high geometrical accuracy can be made.
